Elsie Dickerson began her real estate career in 1990 as Office Manager for a land and real estate developer in Spartanburg, SC.  Elsie attended Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in Greenville, SC ;  received her Salesman 1 License in 9/1990, Permanent Salesman License in 9/1991 and Broker-in-Charge License in 1994.

Elsie expanded her real estate knowledge by joining a real estate builder in 1994 that specialized in SMART House Technology for custom homes. Elsie was recognized by the Spartanburg Board of REALTORS as Spartanburg’s top 6^th producer in residential real estate in 1994.  Elsie’s persistence and dedication in real estate has rewarded her work with a consistent record of sales performance in re-sales and custom homes from 1992 to present.  Elsie has been active in a leadership role with the Spartanburg Board of REALTORS since becoming a REALTOR in 1992. Robert Dickerson began his real estate career in 1992 when Elsie encouraged him to attend Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in Greenville, SC so he could assist her in listing and selling houses.  Robert received his Permanent Salesman License in 1993. Robert has also been recognized by the Spartanburg Board of REALTORS as a top producer in residential real estate.

Elsie and Robert opened their own real estate company, Dickerson Realty, Inc., in August, 1996. By combining Elsie’s background in office management, finance, expertise in listing and selling houses and good rapport with people with Robert’s background in quality control management and excellent people skills…they provide good customer service…their logo is:  “Service with a Personal Touch.”
